Mount Lofty Ranges Southern Emu-wren Project
This project aims to the conservation of the Mount Lofty Ranges southern emu-wren (Stipiturus malachurus intermedius), a critically endangered subspecies restricted to swamp and heath habitats of the Fleurieu Peninsula.
We study emu-wren populations and their habitat in the critically endangered wetlands at the Fleurieu Peninsula.
VOLUNTEER
Become a volunteer and help with Emu-wren conservation. This is a great opportunity to see rare and beautiful wetlands and assist in conserving the endangered Mount Lofty Ranges Southern Emu Wren, which is endemic to the Fleurieu Peninsula.
